As soon as the courier scans your parcel, you will receive a notification via your registered email and/or SMS. This notification should arrive within 2 business days after your payment is processed.
To ensure you receive the notification, please:
- Check your inbox and spam box to make sure it is not full and can receive new incoming emails.
- Provide a phone number from the destination country. For example, if you live in the UK but are sending a parcel to the Netherlands, enter a Netherlands phone number that DHL can reach.
- Double-check the phone number you enter. If it is incorrect, your parcel may be returned, and you will be responsible for paying the return and re-shipping costs.
